Who operates LookAlike
Sean Knight operates LookAlike as a sole proprietor and is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.
What we collect
The teams contact form collects your email address, plus your name and company if you choose to provide them. Submitting it sends us an email through our email provider, Mailgun, so we can reply. We use this only to contact you about LookAlike. We do not add it to other lists or resell it.
Payments
Stripe, Inc. processes checkout and recurring payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment card details. LookAlike never receives or stores your card number. We receive your subscription status, billing period dates, and the email address used at checkout from Stripe. We use this information to operate your subscription. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by its privacy policy.
What we do not do
This website has no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set by us.
Hosting
Cloudflare serves this website and processes standard request logs, including your IP address and user agent, to deliver the site.
The LookAlike application
The application at app.lookalikeiq.com has its own terms for customer data. Uploaded customer data stays in the customer's private workspace and can be exported or deleted on request. Deleted uploaded customer data remains in trash for a thirty-day grace period before permanent deletion.
AI apps and the API
Customers can let an AI app or a script use the application for them, with an API token or by connecting the app through their sign-in. The app receives the results it asks for, and its own provider's terms and privacy policy govern what it does with them. Customers can revoke a token or disconnect an app at any time.
Outside services the application uses
When a customer searches for a street address, the application sends the address text to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder to find its location, without account details. The background map loads from OpenFreeMap, which receives the viewer's IP address and the map area viewed. An optional store-location lookup sends a chain name to public OpenStreetMap servers. The application's privacy notice gives the full list.
