Who this agreement is with
Sean Knight operates LookAlike as a sole proprietor. These terms are an agreement between you and Sean Knight.
The subscription
The individual plan costs $100 per month or $960 per year. You pay through Stripe Checkout before you create your account. There is no free tier and no trial.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel online at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that period ends.
No refunds
There are no refunds, including partial refunds for unused time.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we provide a grace period and keep your access active. If payment still fails after the grace period, your account becomes read-only so your work is preserved. If payment remains unpaid, access ends. Uploaded customer data remains subject to the deletion and retention terms below.
One person per subscription
An individual subscription is for one person. You must not share your account credentials with anyone else. Team and agency arrangements may have separate seat terms.
What the product does
LookAlike is a discovery and triage tool: it ranks neighborhoods by resemblance and explains each match, to help you decide where to look first. It is provided as-is, without a warranty that any particular store will succeed, and is not a substitute for site-specific diligence such as rents, zoning, and access.
Your data
Store lists and other data you upload stay in your private workspace, are used only to score your own brand, and can be exported or deleted on request. Deleted uploaded customer data remains in trash for a thirty-day grace period before permanent deletion.
Acceptable use
The subscription is for your own site-selection work. You may share reports and exports you produce, but you may not resell or redistribute the underlying product or bulk data, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
Coverage
Coverage is limited to the United States at census-tract level. There is no international coverage today.
